Our Team
Coley C. Woodward II, LMHC
Owner and Founder of the Psyberspace Center for Psychedelic Therapy
Coley is a dynamic and compassionate mental health professional devoted to helping people heal, grow, and reconnect to their sense of purpose. With years of experience working across correctional facilities, crisis treatment programs, and outpatient clinics, he brings a trauma-informed, culturally attuned, and deeply human approach to therapy.
Coley has supported individuals navigating some of life’s most difficult challenges—from incarceration and severe mental illness to complex trauma, addiction, grief/loss, and eating disorders. His background includes work as a clinical case manager and crisis therapist at Santa Clara County jails, a forensic social worker with the San Mateo County Bar Association’s Private Defender Program, a HEALer’s Circle therapist with Project HEAL’s eating disorder program, and a national health equity leader in MDMA-assisted therapy with the Multidiscplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies (MAPS).
He integrates evidence-based modalities like EMDR Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, the Gottman Method for Couples, and psychedelic-assisted therapy to help clients experience rapid relief and lasting transformation—especially when traditional methods have fallen short. His counseling style is person-centered, strength-based, and grounded in social rehabilitation, always holding space for clients to feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Above all, Coley is passionate about providing warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply affirming care. He sees therapy as a sacred process—one that helps people not only heal their past, but step boldly into their passion, potential, and purpose.

Dominika Urbaniak
Title: Student Clinician
Credentials: Psychedelic Therapy Training Program at Columbia University
Dominika is a student clinician pursuing an MSSW at Columbia University and participating in Columbia’s Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training Program. Raised in Detroit, MI, by immigrant parents, she earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan, where she conducted and assisted in research on disordered
eating, mental health, and food addiction. She also has experience working with children, adults, and families through social services, including immigrant, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ populations.
Dominika’s approach is holistic, trauma-informed, somatic, and culturally responsive, grounded in the belief that healing happens when clients feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves. Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected from their bodies,
carrying the weight of trauma, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Dominika supports clients in exploring those experiences with compassion and curiosity, creating a collaborative, client-centered space where healing can unfold at a pace that feels
manageable and meaningful.
Through this process, she aims to help clients strengthen self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-trust while working to interrupt generational and internalized cycles. Her goal is to support individuals in cultivating a deeper sense of self and accessing
their own capacity for healing, clarity, and lasting change.
Whatever is weighing you down, Dominika takes a tailored approach to address each person’s unique concerns, drawing from their strengths, values, and lived experiences to support meaningful and lasting growth.
Colleen Mahoney
Title: Student Clinician
Credentials: Psychedelic Therapy Training Program at Columbia University
Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of experiences that feel overwhelming or difficult to name, and begin relating to yourself with greater understanding. Colleen approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and genuine respect for each person’s lived experience. She works collaboratively with clients to explore what has shaped them, understand patterns that may no longer be serving them, and build greater connection, self-trust, and choice in their lives.
Colleen is a graduate student in the Psychedelic Therapy Training Program at Columbia University. Her clinical background includes working with individuals from all walks of life. She brings a decade of social consulting to her therapeutic practice, specializing in the psychological and emotional forces that drive your behavior and shape your outcomes.
Her therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and gently direct. Drawing from trauma-informed, strengths-based, harm-reduction, and other evidence-based approaches, Colleen believes therapy should meet you where you are rather than impose an idea of where you should be. Together, she and her clients may explore how past experiences connect with present-day emotions, relationships, behaviors, identity, and the larger systems that influence their lives. She strives to create a space where clients can feel accepted as they are while also feeling supported in making meaningful change.
Colleen is particularly passionate about supporting people navigating trauma, anxiety, substance use, stigma, sex and sexuality, life transitions, relationship difficulties, identity, and feelings of disconnection or uncertainty.
At the heart of Colleen’s work is the belief that healing happens through relationship—with ourselves, with other people, and with the communities around us. You do not need to arrive at therapy knowing exactly what is going on, what you want to change, or even where to begin. Colleen welcomes the opportunity to start there with you, with curiosity and without judgment.
