FAQs
Is this legal?
Of course! All services at our center are legal, safe, and confidential. We provide services based on peer-reviewed evidence-based research and comply with all relevant laws and regulations. We do not provide or promote the use of illegal substances. Ketamine is legal in all 50 states and has been recognized by the World Health Organization as one of the most essential medicines. Psilocybin is still illegal in nearly
all states and is still undergoing clinical trials. MDMA-assisted therapy has not yet been approved by any regulatory agency in the USA.
Do you offer a sliding scale fee?
On a case by case basis, we consider offering fee reductions based on financial hardship. Our reduced fee rates are dependent on very limited availability. We also offer interest free financing via Ravida without a credit score requirement.
Do you provide only psychedelic assisted psychotherapy?
No, not everyone is appropriate for psychedelic medicines. We offer an array of care options serving individuals, couples, groups, and families, which can include but is not limited to traditional talk therapy, EMDR, FBT, and medication management. We also treat other mental health conditions in addition to the ones listed on our website.
Is Ketamine addictive?
Ketamine, unlike opioids, is not associated with any physical dependency issues. Nevertheless, it can be habit forming. For this reason, we require clients not only receive a medical intake but also use ketamine only in monitored clinical settings like ours.

Do you accept insurance?
To ensure quality care without interference, we do not bill 3rd party payments (e.g. from insurance.) As an out-of-network provider, we provide superbills, and an invoice of services that can be provided and submitted to your insurance company. You can use our out of network benefits calculator to determine your reimbursement rate.
How long does treatment take?
Treatment plans are tailored to each client’s specific needs, goals, and type of treatment. Psychotherapy treatment typically consists of weekly 45-50 minute sessions. For Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP), the number of sessions required can vary widely; some people may need only a few sessions, while others might benefit from a longer course of treatment. A typical KAP treatment may occur over the course of four total weeks with two to three hour weekly sessions accompanied with an individualized maintenance plan. To process the journey(s), integration sessions are integral and may take only a single one-time appointment to process a single experience. On the other hand, a more complex, individualized plan can be determined by you and your treatment provider. Clients are never obligated to pre-pay for sessions or commit to our recommendations — they can cease treatment at their own will at any time.
What does a virtual KAP session look like?
A virtual ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) session typically involves several key components designed to provide a safe and therapeutic environment within the comfort and safety of one’s own home. It typically entails a medical intake, a required preparatory session(s), and a series of at-home KAP sessions facilitated by a therapist via the client portal. During the preparation session(s), clients are guided in setting up their safe space that facilitates a therapeutic journey. This includes but is not limited to the use of music playlists, a chaperone, the client therapy portal, and backup protocol for technical difficulties. Integration sessions to process the experience will be placed according to the client’s treatment plan.
